Vinnie has recently taken his incredibly vast knowledge and released his widely acclaimed book Fitness Confidential which I’ve read and am a huge fan of. Not only is Vinnie a fellow scotch drinker, a fellow Italian, but he’s also a fellow podcaster and hosts a wildly popular show where he preaches the benefits of living a No Sugar No grains lifestyle.
