Brian Quinn Like me he had a sedentary desk job, was kind of a couch potato and wanted to lose weight and feel better. So about 10 years ago, he did something simple, but profound - challenged himself to workout every day for at least 30 minutes during the month of May - no excuses!
And that’s when "Every Day in May fitness challenge started” - He did just that and at the end of the month he'd had never felt better. Everyone around him saw the changes in him and asked what he’d done. They asked if he ever did anything like that again, to let them know about it. He did just that the following May and invited 20-30 people to join him. He’s been doing the challenge since 2009
