The Danville Mobile Group Training enlist an array of dynamic exercises to blast calories, sculpt muscles, and bolster confidence. During the 60 minute group training class, the instructor incorporates light strength training, calisthenics, plyometrics, TRX suspension training, battling ropes and mild stretching.
