Session Details
This initial session is the starting point to my weight loss coaching. In this free assessment we will get to know each other, talk about current struggles and reasons for wanting to lose weight as well as past attempts and why they may have failed. The overall purpose of this session is to determine if we are a good match for each other.

My goal is to set up my clients with a plan that is work to get started but overall easy to follow and very rewarding. A video chat is my preferred choice but a phone conversation will work as well.
